1 Chronicles Chapter 12, Verse 32

32: And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had
understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do;
the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren
were at their commandment.
32: Also of the sons of Issachar men of understanding, that knew all
times to order what Israel should do, two hundred principal men: and all
the rest of the tribe followed their counsel.
32: And of the sons of Issachar having wisdom with regard to the times, knowing what Israel should do, two hundred; and all their brethren with them.
