Exodus Chapter 33, Verse 19

19: And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and
I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and will be
gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on
whom I will shew mercy.
19: He answered: I will shew thee all good, and I will proclaim in
the name of the Lord before thee: and I will have mercy on whom I will,
and I will be merciful to whom it shall please me.
19: And [God] said, I will pass by before thee with my glory, and I will call by my name, the Lord, before thee; and I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and will have pity on whom I will have pity.
