Lamech (son of Methuselah)

The seventh in descent from Seth, being the only known son of Methuselah. Noah was the oldest of his several sons (Gen 5:25ff; Lk 3:36).

Lamech had two viwes: husband of:: Adah and Zillah. (Gen 4:19) Adah was the mother of Jabal and Jubal (Gen 4:20-21) Zillah was the mother of Tubalcain and his sister, Naamah. (Gen 4:22)

Lamech was a murderer. (Gen 4:23)
