Leviticus Chapter 16, Verse 10

10: But the goat, on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat, shall
be presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with
him, and to let him go for a scapegoat into the wilderness.
10: But that whose lot was to be the emissary goat, he shall present
before the Lord, that he may pour prayers upon him, and let him go into
the wilderness.
10: and the goat upon which the lot of the scape-goat came, he shall present alive before the Lord, to make atonement upon him, so as to send him away as a scape-goat, and he shall send him into the wilderness.
